Key Lime Margarita

Oliver Winery's Key Lime Pie as a refreshing, cold, margarita on the rocks.

Refreshing, tangy, & perfectly sweet. A light summer drink to surprise and delight. Pour a glass for one, or make a pitcher for a crowd.

Oliver Winery's Key Lime Pie makes for a refreshing, cold, and perfectly sweet margarita on the rocks.

Key Lime Margarita

  • 3 oz Oliver Key Lime Pie Wine
  • 2 oz Tequila
  • 1 oz triple sec or orange liqueur
  • ½ oz fresh lime juice to taste, save a slide or wedge to garnish
  • 1 tsp agave nectar
  1. If you like a salted rim, run a lime wedge around the rim and dip in course Kosher salt. Set aside while you mix your drink.
  2. Combine Oliver Key Lime Pie wine, Mijenta Blanco Tequila, triple sec, fresh lime juice, and agave with a few ice cubes in a cocktail shaker or mason jar. Shake!
  3. If you like it on the sweeter side, add more agave until is just right.
  4. Strain over ice into a margarita glass (or whatever is on hand). Garnish with a slice of lime. Cheers!
  5. NOTE: For a batch cocktail, increase ingredients based on the number of people you’re hosting. Mix ingredients in a large pitcher with a handful of ice. Give it a good stir. Serve over ice.
