DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS

All wine shipments require an adult signature (21 years or older, with proper identification) for delivery.

If someone at least 21 years of age will not be at home during UPS delivery hours, we strongly recommend sending your order to a business address where someone will be available to sign for the package.

In the event you are unable to take delivery of your wine after 3 attempts, UPS will return the package to the winery. If you wish to re-ship your order, this additional shipping cost will be billed to the purchaser. If you wish to cancel your order, you may receive credit for the items purchased, less the shipping charges incurred.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES

To avoid added charges, please review your order carefully for accuracy.

Additional fees may be incurred if you make changes to your order following the pickup of wine from our facility by UPS. A fee will be charged for any of the following:

  • Change of shipping address
  • Correction of shipping address
  • Requesting shipment delay or postponement

DELIVERY TIMES & ESTIMATED SHIPPING RATES

Extreme weather can require us to hold some orders to ensure safe delivery. We'll do our best to get your wine on its way to you as soon as possible after your order is placed.

We currently ship orders on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

All ground shipping orders are typically processed 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday) from the date the order is placed. All prices and delivery times listed below are approximate and subject to change. UPS deliveries are made Monday through Friday, with Saturdays available in some areas.
